Sierra Blanca Villas

NDES164 is a private development of semi-detached houses in the well-known "Milla de Oro", "Golden Mile" between Marbella and Puerto Banús, on the slopes of Sierra Blanca. It is a strategic enclave for golf and water sports lovers due to its peace and nice weather. It has also a social club and a training golf green.

NDES164 project consists in three phases as well as a social club and a training golf green. The first phase comprehends 18 villas, and it is already sold and handed over; the second phase will be handed over in the second half of 2004, and it is made of 20 semi-detached houses, 12 of which are already sold; and the third phase, whose construction has not been started yet, will consist of 18 villas.
