Located in Buick Creek area of northeastern British Columbia.
There are two residences approximately ½ mile apart. One residence is a 1977 14’ x 70’ mobile home with three bedrooms, living room and K

The land has a very gentle slope with good drainage. Sufficient rain fall provides adequate moisture, therefore no irrigation is required. There are 1000 acres are under cultivation seeded to Fescue yielding 400 pounds per acre selling for $.65 per pound; and 440 acres in natural condition. Willows grow on the lower levels and Aspen, White Pine and Spruce on the higher areas. In areas not cultivated, the ground is covered with wild rose bushes, dogwood flowers, numerous wild flowers and grasses. Some of the natural wild foods are strawberries, raspberries, cranberries, saskatoons and mushrooms. Different varieties of grasses such as Timothy, Brome, and Fescue as well as legumes Alfalfa, Alsike, Red Clover, Sweet Clover as well as Canola are grown. Grain Crops Include Oats, Barley and Wheat. Natural wild grass grows abundantly in the coulees and low areas creek areas making ideal pasture for cattle, horses’ sheep, llama, elk and buffalo. Ranching and farming are generally a mixed operation in this area. The farm is set up as a buffalo ranch and has all the corrals and handling facilities for a buffalo operation complete with automated watering system.
Water wells, 3, have been drilled and are in place for livestock and domestic uses. There are 5+ dugouts around the property for watering purposes.

Whether you are a hunter or just love to see the wild animals, this is the place for it. The area abounds with Moose, Mule Deer, White Tail Deer, Elk, Caribou, Black Bear, Wolves, Coyotes, Wolverine, Beaver, Martin, Weasel, Lynx, Bob Cat, Fox, and Snow Shoe Rabbits. Mountain Goat, Rocky Mountain Big Horn and Grizzly Bear are within 100 mile. All kinds of birds, ducks, grouse and geese are plentiful. There are different seasons for hunting these animals/birds, and permits are necessary.
The physical address is Residential Lot. 20533 and Lot 20557 along Harder Road. It is situated about 45 miles due North and 8 miles due West the city of Fort St John BC (paved road) and is 10 min. West of the town of Prespatou (paved and all weather gravel road). There are all the necessary amenities in this small town, such as a general store, post office, gas bar, seniors residence, auto/heavy duty repair shop, welding shop and school with all grades through 1 to 12. Charlie Lake located just north of Fort St. John and right along the beginning of the world famed Alaska Highway, having great facilities for fishing, boating and camping.
