This new development in Morocco is on the Mediterranean coast, approximately 1 hrs drive from Tangier. The resort will be built along Morocco's Golden Mile; an area of rich natural beauty and stunning land and seascapes. The project location is near Marina Smir and Marina Kabila, 20 km from Tetouan, 50 km from Tangier and near the pretty village of Chefchaouan and its waterfalls and typical architecture.

We are now accepting fully refundable 3000 euro reservation holding deposits against properties in the soon to be released Kabila resort. All deposits will be held by us until you are presented with a selection of your preferred property types. If you accept a selection your deposit is then placed with the developer against the chosen property.

Kabila Resort will consist of 2189 units:
Plot AP1 (1st Phase) will comprise of 240 units split between 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments.

An additional 354 unit Apart-hotel is also planned. The resort will also feature a large hotel and commercial and leisure center as well as numerous communal swimming pools.
