Sunny Day 6 consists of 1,400 apartments located within 44 four-storied buildings and set in an gated community with restricted vehicle access. There are a wide range of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments available with differing sizes and aspects. All apartments are luxuriously finished and equipped and separate furniture packs can be provided by our furnishing partner, effecta. The development is divided into two parts and overall completion is planned for 2010.
