Yes, a whole new pueblo, the Condado de Alhama resort will be located at the heart of Murcia. One will be a signature Nicklaus course and two will be 'Bear's Best' courses meaning that each hole will be a replica of another hole found on a Nicklaus course elsewhere in the world. Phase 1 of the project comprises apartments and villas set around the golf course offering pleasing views over the rolling greenery.
