Payment Terms
As building permission has not yet been granted for this resort, reservations and deposits are being handled through a UK ESCROW account. Therefore, once the permission has been granted (expected November 2005), your funds will be released to the developer. Should building permission be refused, the funds will be returned directly back to you. The detailed payment terms are as follows:
Reservation fee: € 1,000
1st instalment: 10% of price (less € 1000) paid to special client account in the UK, operated by The Right Move Abroad Limited. The 10% is subject to refund in case Seller does not show the building/planning permission within 3 months after transfer.
2nd instalment: 20% within 10 business days after planning permission
3rd instalment: 40% upon roofing of section where property is located
4th instalment: 30% upon completion (Notary transfer) |
